iTradie ("iTradie," "we," "us," or "our") provides Operations-as-a-Service (OaaS) and fractional CTO services to trade and field service businesses, including job management system setup, training, integrations, and ongoing technical support. We operate globally and remotely, with on-site support available on request.
This policy explains what information we collect through itradie.com and in the course of providing our services, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

2.1 Information you provide directly
- Contact details you send us by email or WhatsApp (such as your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message).
- Information submitted when booking a consultation through our Google Calendar scheduling link, including your name, email address, and any details you add to the booking.
- Business information you share with us in the course of engaging our services, such as your company name, the systems you use, and your operational requirements.
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit itradie.com, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect standard web analytics data, which may include:
- Approximate location (derived from IP address)
- Device, browser, and operating system information
- Pages viewed, time on site, and referring website
- General usage and interaction patterns
This data is aggregated and used to understand how visitors use our site. We do not use it to identify you personally.
2.3 Information accessed while delivering services
If you engage iTradie for Operations-as-a-Service, we may be granted access to your job management system (such as ServiceM8), accounting software (such as Xero or QuickBooks), and related business tools in order to perform the contracted work. This may include access to:
- Your customers' names, contact details, and job/service history
- Quotes, invoices, and payment records
- Internal business data such as staff schedules, forms, and reports
We access this data solely to perform the services you've engaged us for, and treat it as confidential. We do not use client business data for any purpose outside the scope of the engagement, and we do not sell or share it with third parties except as described in this policy or as required to deliver the agreed service (for example, syncing data between systems you've asked us to integrate).

As a global, remote-first business, information we handle may be processed or stored in countries other than your own, including the United States, Australia, and other jurisdictions where iTradie or our service providers operate.
